The staff was helpful, the rooms were tidy. Such main attraction as Beeston Market was 1 km from this hotel. Everything met expectations, just fine.
Wonderful cuisine. 25 km from Chester Hawarden airport. No reason to complain with the hotel.

The building was wonderful, our room was comfortable, warm and very clean, we had an excellent evening meal at a good price and the breakfast was amazing. All staff friendly and helpful. Appreciated a copy of the history
We stayed in the jr Suite it was amazing!!!!! Everything was great. We forgot to book for Christmas Lunch and they made room for us the room was perfect!!!! Also our dogs loved it too!!!
Very cheerful and helpful staff. Excellent food and reasonably priced wine. Lovely big soft towels in the bathroom. Efficient central heating.
Outside temperature was minus seven degrees when I arrived but the heating was turned off in my room!! However lots of hot water for a bath and with radiators turned on room soon warmed up.
We found the hotel comfortable and the staff helpful and friendly. it was convenient for visiting our family and friends and for our visit to Chester.
The breakfast was the best buffet style breakfast that I have had in the UK in many years.
Unmanded reception upon arrival, not the best impression.
